Friends of Children with Special Needs Weekly Coding
Working with Friends of Children with Special Needs, our Special Education Coding Classes, we are hosting a week-long summer camp with FCSNs Afterschool Program Division.
Time: Wednesdays, 3pm-3:45pm
Prerequisite: Have a device (Computer highly recommended) to connect to Zoom and Google Classroom.FUSD - Special Education Coding Course
Building off of Fremont Unified School District's Special Education Programs, our Special Education Coding Classes, powered by Scratch Coding, we are able to partner with students from Irvington High School and Horner Junior High School's Special Education Program.
Time: Thursdays, 4pm-5pm

Working with our local High Schools in Fremont Unified School District, our Special Education Coding Classes, powered by Scratch Coding, we are able to partner with students from Irvington High School's Special Education Program.

Introducing Python through coding interactive User Interfaces, we will be programming the retro-game Pong and the famous Dinosaur Game.

Building off the concepts of 1A, 1B will cover more advanced topics. The first week will be a focus on RESTful API's and the second week with a focus on Machine Learning

To introduce students to the world of code collaboration and version control, we will be creating GitHub accounts and use it to store our projects in the cloud.
Our focus will also be utilizing class structure, constructors, and inheritance.
